He specializes in business strategy and management, globalization of Chinese business, European industrial economy, luxury brand building and management, and prospective study of TMT industry. Mr. Zhou is a well-known entrepreneur in European tourism & travel industry as well as a financial economics theorist. Previously, Mr. Zhou was the senior government advisor in areas of justice, security, and diplomacy. He is the founder and has served as CEO for 13 years at LAVA LTD., a Russia based international trading company valued at €1 billion. Mr. Zhou holds the bachelor degree in Russian from Moscow State University.
